Zingerman's Bar & Bistro

The brief for this all day bistro and bar in Stirling was to create a contemporary yet functional space. We used an elaborate lighting system which includes a light changing ceiling in one area to help create different moods throughout the day. Three separate dining spaces and a main Bar area each with their own feel work together to make this an exciting space.
