"We created our own luxury den and kitchen in our basement. I wanted an industrial feel in the kitchen, using materials that weren't conventional or expected. I wanted this space to have impact."

Keen to maintain a balance, Siobhan changed tack when it came to the living area. "I thought alongside the kitchen, the living area really needed a more intimate feel with richer hues in charcoal and dark wood."
